Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a sole provider locum tenens assignment in Maine. This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, and spans 110 days, offering a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule. Candidates must be proficient in clinical procedures and comfortable managing a wide range of cases independently. Familiarity with the RPMS EMR system or a proven ability to quickly learn new technology is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole provider, delivering comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
• Manage a full scope of cases and perform a variety of clinical procedures
• Utilize the RPMS EMR system for patient documentation and workflow
• Address and treat a diverse range of presenting conditions
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications and clinical protocols

Additional Information

• Required board certification in Family Medicine
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
• Experience with IHS EMR - RPMS preferred, or strong technical aptitude
• Willingness to obtain state licensure if not already held
