Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
• Manage chronic conditions, including hypertension and diabetes
• Conduct physical examinations and preventive care screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Utilize on-site lab, X-ray, imaging, and pharmacy services as needed
• Accurately document patient encounters using RPMS EMR
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Stay current with best practices in family medicine and primary care
Additional Information:
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• Experience in managing a diverse patient population preferred
• Proficiency with RPMS EMR system required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
