The schedule is flexible, requiring coverage of 1-2 weeks per month, with shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a hematologist/oncologist comfortable with both outpatient and inpatient care, managing a balanced caseload of hematology and oncology patients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide balanced care in both hematology (50%) and oncology (50%)
- Manage outpatient clinic with 8-12 patients daily
- Handle inpatient care for 4 oncology patients (follow-ups and new cases)
- Manage 8 hematology patients (follow-ups and new cases)
- Conduct 1-5 new consults per day
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient management and record-keeping
Additional Information:
- Experience in both hematology and oncology required
- Comfort with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
- Ability to manage a diverse patient load efficiently
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Flexibility to work 1-2 weeks per month as needed
