We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist for a locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, starting Nov 17, 2025, for 84 days. This role covers 12-hour night shifts on a flexible schedule, supporting four medical floors with a census of 100-120 patients. Work alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage admissions and consults across four medical floors
  • Respond to floor calls, rapid responses, and codes (ICU also responds to codes)
  • Collaborate with two physicians and an advanced practice provider overnight
  • Provide care for a census ranging from 100 to 120 patients
  • No procedures required unless desired
  • Support a closed ICU environment

Additional Information
  • Must have active North Carolina license
  • Required board certification: Internal Medicine
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
