Proficiency in PointClickCare electronic health record system is also necessary.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct physicals and new patient exams for geriatric patients

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using PointClickCare system
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management
• Travel between multiple nursing home facilities within a 15-minute radius
