Locum Tenens Physician - Interventional Cardiologist Needed in VA

Job Description

Our client, a Virginia-based hospital, is seeking a board-certified locum tenens Interventional Cardiologist to provide ongoing STEMI call coverage starting mid-July with coverage through September 26, 2025. This position involves approximately 7 shifts per month.

LOA: 7 shifts/month

Shift Details: 24 hour call coverage

Duties:

Provide ongoing STEMI call coverage.

Requirements:

• Board certification in Interventional Cardiology
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• VA license or active in IMLC
• Ability to adapt to various clinical environments
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
