We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment at a prenatal clinic in California. This opportunity begins on Oct 20, 2025, with day shifts Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The provider will focus on comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care, annual women’s health exams, and gynecologic services in a supportive outpatient setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct routine prenatal and postnatal visits for OB patients
- Perform annual women’s health exams and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and treat common gynecologic conditions
- Provide contraception counseling and family planning services
- Manage abnormal lab and imaging results
- Coordinate referrals for higher-level specialty care or hospital services
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Educate patients on reproductive health and wellness
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient clinic flow
- Participate in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Additional Information
- California medical license required
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
