Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a locum tenens assignment in Kentucky starting Oct 31, 2025. This 3-day opportunity offers 24-hour out-of-house call coverage, including deliveries and C-sections, with the physician on call for the entire stretch.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide on-call coverage for deliveries and C-sections
  • Respond promptly to call backs for urgent obstetric and gynecologic cases
  • Conduct patient consults and rounding as needed
  • Remain within range from hotel for rapid response

Additional Information
  • Must have a valid Kentucky medical license for interim process
  • Required board certification: Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Must meet credentialing requirements: 30 regular deliveries and 10 C-sections in the last 2 years, and 60 regular deliveries with 70 C-sections in career
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
  • Experience with Meditech EHR preferred
