 We are seeking a skilled Physician specializing in OB/GYN for a locum tenens position at a Hospital in New York. This 125-day assignment begins on 06/23/2025, with a potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a full-time clinic schedule, seeing patients for annual exams, postpartum care, OB checks, new OB and GYN checks. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. As a locum tenens provider, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, managing patient health, and contributing to the overall patient experience at the hospital.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients

• Perform annual exams and routine check-ups

• Manage postpartum care for new mothers

• Conduct OB checks and new OB appointments

• Perform GYN checks and address gynecological concerns

• Diagnose and treat various obstetric and gynecological conditions

• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate

• Educate patients on women's health and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Allscripts EMR system

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the hospital

• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York

• Experience with Allscripts EMR system is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
