The assignment begins on 05/19/2025, with a flexible 8-hour daily schedule, including early starts at 5 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays to accommodate third-shift workers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for injury care (typically BLS), conducting physicals including DOT examinations, and performing urinalysis screenings for pre-employment, annual, and post-employment purposes. Thorough charting and documentation for all patient encounters are essential. This role offers a chance for extension and requires proficiency in Cority software and a current Ohio nursing license.

Additional Information:
