We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Dentist for a locum tenens position at a dental clinic in Missouri. This 30-day assignment begins on 08/04/2025, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a wide range of pediatric dental procedures, including hygiene checks, fillings, crowns, extractions, space maintainers, interceptive retainers, and root canals.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Perform comprehensive pediatric dental examinations 

• Conduct various restorative procedures for pediatric patients 

• Provide treatments including fillings, stainless steel and zirconium crowns 

• Perform extractions when necessary 

• Install space maintainers and interceptive retainers 

• Conduct root canal treatments (if experienced) 

• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive care 

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Curve Hero software 

• Collaborate with dental clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow 

• Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in pediatric dentistry

Additional Information: 

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Missouri 

• Strong clinical skills in pediatric dentistry required
