The position is set in a supportive environment that allows ample time for both new evaluations and follow-ups, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations within 60-90 minutes, including time for dictation
  • Perform 30-minute follow-up consultations to assess progress and adjust treatments
  • Handle a patient load of 12-16 per day, focusing on adults
  • Use the Valant EMR system for documentation and management of patient records

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Psychiatry is required
  • Valid California medical license necessary
