Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide crisis intervention services
• Manage acute psychotic cases
• Refer patients to psychiatrists for further assessment when necessary
• Work with patients awaiting competency hearings
• Conduct brief psychological evaluations and interventions
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with typically low length of stay
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a correctional setting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adhere to all facility protocols and safety procedures
Additional Information:
