We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our client's team in California for a 120-day assignment starting May 11, 2026. This role involves managing primary care basics in a rural health FQHC setting, handling 3+ patient complaints per visit, and maintaining a volume of 22+ patients per day within 15-minute appointment gaps during shifts from 8:30a-5p.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, focusing on FQHC basics and rural health aspects.
- Manage a diverse patient panel, including individuals aged 18 and above, presenting with common conditions such as cold, cough, and flu.
- Address multiple patient complaints effectively within 15-minute appointment slots.
- Work efficiently within an 8:30a-5p schedule to manage a volume of 22+ patients per day.
- Serve a high volume of Spanish-speaking patients and Medical/Medi-Cal patients.
