Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist for a 60-day assignment in California, starting Mar 30, 2026. Our client requires coverage Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This role involves primarily conducting triage and onboarding assessments with students, evaluating and intervening with severely disturbed students, and working with a diverse campus population facing various mental health challenges.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct triage and on-boarding assessments with students.
- Evaluate and intervene with severely disturbed students.
- Work with a diverse population addressing various mental health needs.
- Manage cases involving anxiety, adjustment, relational issues (such as roommate conflicts), and potentially severe mental health conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, active suicidal ideation, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
