Since joining Barton in 2012, Bassani has been instrumental in driving company growth and modernizing sales operations. Now, as Vice President of Sales, he has led the rollout of AI-powered tools that have transformed team collaboration and operational efficiency—reinforcing Barton’s reputation as a technology-driven force in the locum tenens industry.
