The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s County Health Rankings Interactive Application displays health statistics for every county in the United States. You can see how your county stacks up against other counties in your state based on five major categories: Outcomes, Health Behaviors, Clinical Care, Social & Economic Factors, and Physical Environment. The tool provides more detailed information within each of the categories, so you can see what specific statistics affected the rankings. Below is an example of the tool showing information for Essex County Massachusetts, which is where Barton Associates’ headquarters is located.
